Tyson Martin spent 10 years as a prosecutor before he became a Springfield criminal defense attorney. With this valuable experience, he knows how prosecutors think. This translates to a better understanding of what to expect and allows him to better assist his clients. He is fully aware of how to look at a prosecutor's case and how to defeat their position.

Furthermore, with 20 total years of experience, he has perfected his approach to be based on intensive research and preparation. This often means answering all questions, providing options, and taking risks on behalf of his clients. He frequently handles all types of criminal and traffic violation cases, working in all federal, state, and municipal courts.
